On behalf of Sanofi (then, Sanofi-Aventis), L&G brought a usDRP action against a company that registered three domain names comprising Sanofi-Genzyme in some form shortly after the press began reporting that Sanofi was considering acquiring Genzyme. Having obtained a favorable decision ordering the transfer of two of the domain names, the registrant agreed to voluntarily transfer the third domain name to our client without the need for further proceedings.
